My Story

This year, for the 5th year in a row, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So as a cancer survivor who enjoys to cycle I have decided to try to make a difference and help those who are suffering from this disease just as I was. I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

My commitment to cycle

Every year I always dedicate time to raise donations to fight against childhood cancers. Our children are our future. As a cancer survivor, I understand the struggle and believe me, its not an easy journey.

Over the past few weeks, I have been undergoing radiation treatment and unfortunately, its taking a toll on my body. Its very difficult to gain strength to get on the bike but I promise you, I will fight to reach my goal by end of the month - its my commitment.
