In a perfect world there would be no need for children’s hospitals and research of interventions hoping to cure terminal illnesses. Sadly that world isn’t our reality. We live in an ever increasingly divisive world that is constantly pulling our attention elsewhere. But if there’s something all people can agree on it’s that cancer sucks. It’s only worsened when a child must through the challenges that is a cancer diagnosis. Though it’s not much, I believe any support given to The Children’s Cancer Research Fund through the Great Cycle Challenge is a step towards the perfect world we all dream of.
