I am happy to report that week 2 of the 2025 Great Cycle Challenge for kid's cancer research went well. I was able to cycle 58.27 miles since my last report, so I just have 62 miles to go! And on the fundraising front, thanks to so many generous friends and anonymous donors, I need less than $300 to meet the goal!
I'm going to try to ride the Legacy Trail in Florida this week and if I can do that I should finish up the riding this week or next! Unlike last year I've not had to work around hurricanes this time, and I hope nothing erupts this season at all.

Week 1 has been a blur of short rides. Total miles = 70.5, or 35.2 % of the goal of 200 miles.
Fund raising has been even better at $1446.00 or 70 % of my goal of $1900. This goes to show that my friends are more diligent that I! Thanks to all who have given. And thanks in advance to all who might give on Wednesday, 10 September. I understand that every contribution that day will be matched, so it will be a great day to give.
