days to go.. bit of a sore hip but for some reason cycling actually helps!! it’s the walking that’s painful!!

Kind of a Milestone

Completed my 85th ride this morning and reached 775 miles on this year’s GCCUSA.. we are in overtime.

Miles and Donations

Matched the donations with miles today (+5) so what time do? We are in Overtime with the GCCUSA and everything still counts.. so i think i’ll keep on riding and maybe get more donations? On to 800 ??

Completed my 75th ride today.

Early ride on stationary bike and later this morning out on the roads. Nice Duathlon with a swim of .85 miles (1500 yds) and a bike ride of 4.1.miles (ave 10.3 mph) Felt good today..

Reached 600 Miles

Stationary bike at 5am and later a nice road cycle ride through Boca Ciega over to Sea Towers.. 19 miles and now at 610 miles on this year’s challenge.. and a nice sunrise was the bonus!!

The Trek Continues

Just realized that on the final day by reaching 484 mikes, i also reached 16,000 miles of cycling for kids cancer since 2015. Feeling pretty good 👍

Final Official Day

Finished the month with a Spin Bike Challenge ride today over 18 miles and in top 100 (61 st) in the nation. Then a nice ride on the Pinellas Trail and Millenium Park.. met all my goals fundraising and riding.. almost doubled my riding goal!! Thank you to all my sponsors this year!! All for the kids!! ♥️

Final Week

Reached 391 mikes today with a nice ride at the VA in Bay Pines. Yesterday at Millenium Park and the Pinellas Trail in Seminole. Found out today top 100 nationally in the Spin Bike Challenge.. looks good for 400 miles as my new goal..

On the 20th Day

Reached 300 miles today with two rides.. actually 310 .. now looking for 350 miles as a goal.. feeling pretty good so far.

Two Weeks Completed

Almost half way and reached 222 miles today. Might have to increase my mileage goal? Kick Cancer’s Butt Day last Wednesday and the most generous donation by my dear sister of the heart, Laurie Winter resulted in matching funds of $202!!! My total donations are now over $600 and more than double the original goal.. reached GUARDIAN status.. thank you all 😊👍♥️
