I just received a donation from a friend I have known from work. The last time I saw him was at my retirement party in 2017.

He gave from his heart to help these kids with cancer. Please don’t forget them, donate before it is to late ❤️

Please help the kids

After I had rode 16 miles I developed bursitis in the left knee. I went to an orthopedic doctor and he recommended to ice it. He gave me a cortisone shot to help with the inflammation, it helped but I can no longer ride.

My heart is broken and I am not going to stop praying for the kids🙏❤️
